1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of timelytotes.com and our online checkout and quote request forms. The site is run by Timely Totes, a moving tote rental business in Clay County, Florida ("Timely Totes", "we", "us").
By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms. If you rent from us, our Rental Agreement also applies. Where the two conflict, the Rental Agreement controls for your rental.
2. Our service
We rent reusable plastic totes for moving and short-term storage. We deliver them and pick them up in Clay, Duval, St. Johns, Nassau and Baker counties, Florida.
Photographs, descriptions and the suggested number of totes for each home size are guidance only. You choose the package that suits you.
3. Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You agree to give accurate contact, address and payment details and to keep them up to date during your rental.
4. Reservations
- You reserve through the checkout on our site.
- A reservation is confirmed when your payment succeeds and we send a confirmation email.
- Reservations need at least 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability.
- If we cannot fulfil a reservation, we will offer a new date or a full refund.
- We may decline or cancel a reservation, with a full refund, if the address is outside our service area or we cannot deliver safely.
5. Prices, tax and payment
- The price shown when you book is the price you pay. Prices on the site may change for future bookings.
- Prices are shown before tax. Florida sales tax and the surtax of the delivery county are added at checkout as a separate line.
- Full payment is due at booking. We do not take a deposit.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Charges that arise during or after a rental are set out in the Rental Agreement and are sent to you by invoice.
6. Cancellations and refunds

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

7. Delivery area and fees
Delivery and pickup are included within 20 driving miles of our base in Middleburg, Clay County. Beyond that, the fees below apply.

The site shows any delivery fee before you pay. Addresses more than 50 miles away are served only by arrangement: send us a quote request, and we email you a delivery charge before you book.
8. Using the website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
- Submit false bookings or someone else's details without their permission.
- Interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or copy its content in bulk by automated means.
9. Email
When you book, we contact you by email about your rental. These are service messages about delivery, pickup and charges.
We send marketing emails only if you tick the separate opt-in box. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
10. Our content
The Timely Totes name, logo, text and photographs on this site belong to the owner of Timely Totes. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
11. Reviews and photographs
If you send us a review or a photograph, you allow us to display it with your first name. Ask us at any time and we will remove it.
We do not use delivery or pickup photographs that show your home for marketing without your permission.
12. Services we rely on
We use other companies to run checkout, take payment, handle quote requests and host this site. Our Privacy Policy lists them. Their own terms apply to the parts of the service they provide.
13. Disclaimers
We provide the website as is. To the extent Florida law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. If the site shows an obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel the booking and refund you in full.
14. Limits on our responsibility
Our responsibility for the rental itself is set out in the Rental Agreement.
For anything else connected with the website, and to the extent Florida law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
15. Disputes
Contact us first at hello@timelytotes.com. We will try to resolve any problem within 30 days.
Florida law governs these Terms. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be heard in the state courts located in Clay County, Florida.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
